Help needed with the Class 309 Appeal

Time is running out, the last Departmental Unit has now moved to Shoeburyness; cutting must come soon. Other Units (2-3 left) have now started being cut.

This means action is needed now, but due to work commitments, the main players in the Class 309 Appeal are at this time unable to put any time into the appeal.
